PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect generation of a wrinkle on a surface material on adhering the surface material to a substrate through a hot melt film. SOLUTION: A substrate 2 previously formed is put on a receiving face 11a of a receiving mold 11. A hot melt film 5 and a surface material 4 are orderly put on a front face 2a of the substrate 2. Then a pressing mold 12 is clamped, the surface material 4 is made pressed and contacted to the front face 2a of the substrate 2 via the hot melt film 5 by the pressing face 12a of it. The pressing mold 12 is made previously heated at a high temperature, the hot melt film 5 is heated through the surface material 4 with the pressing mold 12 and is made molten or sintered.
