PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new vinyl chloride-based resin composition having excellent weather resistance, high impact resistance and excellent cost performance. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin, (B) 0.5-10 pts.wt. impact resistance improver and (C) 10-30 pts.wt. calcium carbonate. The impact resistance improver (B) contains (b2) 0.01-3.0 pts.wt. water-soluble polymer compound having a property for forming physical gel based on (b1) 100 pts.wt. graft copolymer comprising (bc) 90-99.5 wt.% core comprising a (meth)acrylate-based crosslinked rubber polymer and (bs) 0.5-10 wt.% shell obtained by polymerizing vinylic monomer.
