PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating resin composition excellent in low temperature strength, scratch resistance, and processability, and to provide a laminated formed article using the same. SOLUTION: This coating resin composition which comprises a (meth)acrylic resin comprising a graft copolymer (A) and a methacrylic resin (B), and an acrylic polymer lubricant (C) and is laminated to a resin substrate to form a surface layer, is characterized in that the multi-stage polymerized graft copolymer (A) comprises the first stage polymer (A-1) obtained by polymerizing specific monomer components, the second stage polymer (A-2) obtained by polymerizing specific monomer components in the presence of the first stage polymer (A-1), and the third polymer (A-3) obtained by polymerizing specific monomer components in the presence of the second stage polymer (A-2).
