PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable plastic composition controlling the biodegradation rate, regulating the hydrolytic rate and remarkably improving weather resistance by synergistic effects of three components, to provide a molded product thereof and to provide a method for controlling the degradation rate of the biodegradable plastic. SOLUTION: The biodegradable plastic composition is obtained by compounding a biodegradable plastic with a carbodiimide compound, an ultraviolet light absorber and an antioxidant as essential components.
