PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound for use in the treatment of an inflammatory or obstructive airway disease, a method for producing the same, and a medicament containing the same. SOLUTION: Provided is a medicament comprising, separately or together, (A) a compound of formula (I) in a free or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate form and (B) a corticosteroid, the molar ratio of (A) to (B) being from 100:1 to 1:300.
