PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent unexpected rotation and falling-down of a stood cargo supporting stand, in a foldable carrying cart capable of standing the cargo supporting stand on the inside of a back panel and folding one of both right and left side panels to be overlapped on the inside. SOLUTION: A space between a rear side support part 2a of a direction fixed panel 2 and a side support part 1a of the back panel 1 located just behind the support part 2a is made narrower than a space between a rear side support part 3a to be a horizontal oscillation center of a movable panel 3 and a side support part 1b of the back panel 1 located just behind the support part 3a. A movable locking part 24 capable of making the rear side support part 3a of the movable panel 3 get over to the back panel 1 side according to elastic displacement is projectingly provided when the cargo supporting stand 4 becomes a standing attitude on a side face 4a adjacent to the movable panel 3 of the cargo supporting stand 4. A projecting face part 25 adjacent to a side face of the rear side support part 2a of the direction fixed panel 2 is provided when the cargo supporting stand 4 becomes the standing attitude on a side face 4b adjacent to the direction fixed panel 2 of the cargo supporting stand 4.
