PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by reducing the number of parts of a cargo supporting stand locking device locking a cargo supporting stand journaled to be freely derricked at a horizontal falling-down posture on both right and left side panels. SOLUTION: This cargo supporting stand locking device is constituted of a rod 24 supported on the cargo supporting stand 4, a pair of locking pieces 29a and 29b stood on both the right and left side panels to be engageable to both end parts of the rod 24 and an operation means 25. The operation means 25 is constituted of a rod guide 34 for movably supporting the rod 24 in the longitudinal horizontal direction and an operation member 35 loosely fitted into a cut-out recessed part 36 provided on a front side of the cargo supporting stand 4 and having a vertically oscillatably journaled rear side. The operation member 35 is provided with a through hole 37 constituted into an oblique oblong shape to move the rod 24 from a locking action position P1 to a locking releasing position P2 when the operation member 35 is vertically moved from a lower moving limit position and move the rod 24 from the locking releasing position P2 to the locking action position P1 when the operation member 35 is downwardly moved from an upper moving limit position.
