A pedal housing having a variable speed clutch function is provided to change speed accurately by allowing a latchet unit transmitting force in one direction during the change of speed to play a role of a clutch. A pedal housing includes a driving bevel gear(2), a speed changing bevel gear(30), a transmitting shaft bevel gear(3), a housing(20), and a break unit. A driving bevel gear is located between a spring(22) and a movement ring(01), being connected to one side of a pedal shaft(1). A speed changing bevel gear is located between a spring(32) and a movement ring(02), being connected to the other side of the pedal shaft. The transmitting shaft bevel gear is selectively engaged with the driving bevel gear and the speed changing bevel gear. The housing has a speed changing gear(31) to select the driving bevel gear or the speed changing bevel gear. |
