<p>The foil characteristics-measuring device, comprises measuring unit for measuring a size of the orientation and orientation angle in circumference direction of a cylindrical foil (3a) and in direction toward the width of thin foil and a profile production section for production of either an orientation profile or a thickness profile of the cylindrical foil and thin foil on base layer of a signal of the measuring unit. The measuring unit is arranged between ring tool (2) and crushing rollers (5). The measuring unit is arranged between ring tool (2) and crushing rollers (5). The measuring unit is used during a blowing up mechanism, in which the cylindrical foil, which is produced from the ring tool, is folded through the crushing rollers, and the folded foil is rolled up by a winding machine. The measuring unit moves around the outer circumference of the cylindrical foil. The device controls either the ring tool, an extruder (1) for extruding a raw material for the formation of the cylindrical foil and thin foil, T-tool, a haul-off speed of the cylindrical foil and of the thin foil, or a blowing amount of air or dimension of the aspect ratio, on basis of initial values of the measuring unit and the profile production section. The measuring unit is propelled in such a way that it moves back and forth towards the width of the thin foil. The measuring unit is used a casting foil-production device for the formation of the thin foil and is arranged in the proximity of the thin foil.</p> |
