The multi layer food wrap foil has a layer, which contains a blue coloring. The layer is arranged within the foil so that the side of the foil facing the food stuffs appears colored by the blue color. The foil is foodstuff compatible. The blue coloring light emits with a wavelength of 420 to 490 nanometer. The foil has polyesters, aluminum and polyethylene layer. The coloring is formed in a polyethylene layer.
