An organic waste treatment system is provided to make it possible to shorten the treatment period and the treatment efficiency by converting an organic waste, using ultrasonic waves, into a dissolved material that can be easily decomposed, and enable solid-liquid separation and gas-liquid separation to be easily performed through a membrane. An organic waste treatment system comprises: a pre-treatment part for decomposing an organic waste and stirring the decomposed organic waste with food leachate to supply the stirred waste into an anaerobic digestion tank; an anaerobic digestion part for extracting treated water and methane gas that are generated by reacting the stirred waste with anaerobic bacteria, from the stirred waste; a storage part for storing the treated water and the methane gas that have been extracted; and a flow path for communicating the respective components with one another. The organic waste treatment system comprises a control means for controlling the respective components. The pre-treatment part includes a ultrasonic treatment tank(10), a leachate storage tank, a stirring tank(20) with a stirrer(21), a metering pump(24), and a chemical injector(23). The anaerobic digestion part comprises an anaerobic digestion tank(30) including a pressure sensor, a solid-liquid separating pipe(38), and a gas-liquid separating pipe(38). |
