A filter-integrated humidifier mounted in a fuel cell vehicle is provided to filtrate carbon components via the filter integrated therein for supplying water not containing carbon components to a reservoir, thereby improving performance of a stack and the humidifier. A filter-integrated humidifier mounted in a fuel cell vehicle includes a filter part(100) mounted at an upper part in the humidifier in the length direction for filtering carbon components contained in humid air discharged from an outlet of a stack. A differential pressure sensor(200) is mounted at an end of the filter part for sensing a pressure difference between front and rear parts of the filter part. A digital element(300) is connected to the differential pressure sensor for converting a pressure difference higher than a reference pressure difference to an electric signal. An alarm part(400) is connected to the digital element for informing a user of an exchange time for the filter part.
