A railway lumbar combined puncturing needle for combinable anaesthesia of the outer cavity of the putamen and the lower cavity of the arachnoid is pr ovided. A small guiding conduit (3) is disposed on the hub of the extradural puncturing needle (1), and a groove (8) is provided on the outer wall of th e needle peduncle. The tip of the lumbar puncturing needle (2) has an unilat erally curve configuration (4). When the anaesthesia is applied, first allow the extradural puncturing needle (1) to puncture to the outer cavity of the putamen, and insert in the extradural conduit, then the lumbar puncturing n eedle (2) is guided to enter into the groove(8) on the needle peduncle of th e extradural puncturing needle (1) by the small conduit (3) on the hub of th e extradural puncturing needle (1), and slide to the outer cavity of the put amen, then go ahead deep into the lower cavity of the arachnoid. After injec ting medicine, the lumbar puncturing needle (2) and the extradural puncturin g needle (1) are withdrawn in turn, at the same time the extradural conduit is left back.
