<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coloration processed barley which can color sparkling alcoholic drinks in a light brilliant gold color without adding miscellaneous tastes or astringent taste to the sparkling alcoholic drinks and without deteriorating the qualities and tastes of the sparkling alcoholic drinks. <P>SOLUTION: This processed barley for coloring the sparkling alcoholic drinks is obtained by thermally discoloring the albumen portions of un-germinated barley seeds in a brown color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
