<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system voltage regulation system wherein a distribution system is divided into groups, a monitor and control device is installed in each group, and a control algorithm is established for appropriately regulating the voltage of the entire distribution system. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution system voltage regulation system is divided into groups (Group0 to Group3) by area including one transformer with on-load tap changer; and a distribution system on the secondary winding side of the transformer with on-load tap changer. The secondary winding side of the transformer is equivalent to the side opposite the side where a transmission system exists as viewed from the transformer with on-load tap changer, that is, the downstream side.
