PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a system and improve multifunctionality (diversity) and cost performance by obtaining high additive value such as fire defence and toilet environment maintenance. SOLUTION: The water system 1 of a flush toilet T issues voice according to a preset condition on detecting a user, and automatically makes wash water flow to the stool M by controlling a driving section 2. In constructing the water system 1, water system 1 has a flame detection section Ux for detecting flame F in a toilet booth R, and a control section Uc having a data storing means 4 for storing data D including flame detection data Dn related to at least the number of detections when the flame detection section Ux detects the flame F and an alarm issuing means 5 for calling attention to a user.
