PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent magnetic sensitivity from varying as much as possible, by compensating not only temperature variations but also sensitivity variations in magnetic elements. SOLUTION: Two terminals for detecting a voltage generated at a magnetic element 1 to which a magnetic field is applied, are adjusted by using external current such that their voltages become equal to each other, and current IL flowing in a signal terminal is brought out directly when potentials of both terminals become equal to each other, and converted into a voltage by a resistor other than the magnetic element 1. Although the current IL flowing in the signal terminal at a timing when the magnetic field is applied, is proportional to magnetic fluxes of the applied magnetic field, its magnitude is proportional to current flowing in the magnetic element 1. Therefore, in the case the magnetic element 1 is under a voltage-drive operation, the temperature variations and the sensitivity variations are reduced without causing any new variation factor, by using resistors as feedback resistors 6, 7 of operational amplifiers 4, 5 whose resistance components are similar to those of resistance (internal resistance R1, R2 of the magnetic element 1) forming the magnetic element 1.
