SENSOR DATA CORRECTION METHOD AND MOBILE INFORMATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the movement of a mobile information apparatus even for a mobile information apparatus which changes its shape. SOLUTION: A shape detection means comprising a fold detector and a rotation detector detects the shape condition of a cellular phone. A sensor section 26 detects the moving condition of the cellular phone. A data correction section 46 corrects the detection result by the sensor section 26 on the basis of registration contents in a correction table 46C in which calibration information corresponding to the shape condition is stored and the detection result of the shape condition by the shape detection means.
