METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NANOSEMICONDUCTOR PARTICLE

Provided are nanosemiconductor particles which are reduced in diameter to be fine particles with excellent distribution and have higher light emitting efficiency compared with those manufactured by conventional manufacturing methods, and a method for manufacturing such nanosemiconductor particles. Precursor of the nanosemiconductor particles is generated by feeding the material solution of the nanosemiconductor particles into a micro reactor flow channel having a tube diameter of 1µm-3mm and by having the material solution react. A dispersant of 1 mass% or more but less than 20 mass% is included in the reaction solution.
