The device (100) has pivotable rods (140) fastened to a region of a bearing (111) for carrying a heat emitter (150). The heat emitter is attached to a panel, and four recesses arranged in form of squares are formed in the heat emitter. The heat emitter is oriented from a position in which the emitter is parallel to a longitudinal axis of the rods and another position in which the emitter is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rods. The recesses cooperate with pre-stressed spheres that are mounted on a retaining device of the rods for transferring the emitter from secured positions.
