<p>The injector has a high pressure pipe (17) connected with nozzle needle pressure chambers (48) over high pressure channels (61, 62). A control valve (30) connects a control chamber (50) with a return pipe (68) over an outlet throttle (66) during actuation of a piezoactuator (20) such that a nozzle needle (45) is lifted from a nozzle needle seat (46) depending on pressure in the control chamber. An actuator receiving chamber (16) is connected with the high pressure pipe to serve as a storage volume for fuel subjected with high pressure.</p>
