A disc with a communication port and a player for the same are provide to use the disc in a computer as well as in an exclusive player and to reproduce the disc by putting the disc on the player instead of inserting it to the player. A disc comprises a body(100) and a case(120). The body includes a communication port(102) and a printed circuit board with a control unit and a memory unit. The case is formed with a body containing unit, and at least one connection unit(124,126,128) connected to an external exclusive player. A terminal of the communication port of the body is exposed on the surface of the body. The body is contained in the body containing unit such that the terminal of the communication unit is exposed on the surface of the case. The case is attached to one surface of the external exclusive player. The external exclusive reproducing device includes a button unit projected on the surface and at least one connection unit connected with the disc.
