A STRUCTURE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD FOR A HEAT EXCHANGER

A structure and an assembling method for a header tank of a heat exchanger are provided to integrally design a header tank and tube insertion holes and insert tubes into the tube insertion holes in the horizontal or slant direction with respect to the tube insertion holes for preventing strong impact or friction, thereby simplifying the tube assembling work. An assembling method for a header tank of a heat exchanger includes the steps of primarily inserting tubes(120) or baffles into tube insertion holes(400) of a header tank(300) via insertion parts(400a) in the horizontal direction with respect to the tube insertion holes, and secondarily inserting the tubes or the baffles in the tube insertion holes in the vertical direction with respect to the tube insertion holes as the primarily inserted tubes or baffles contact supporting parts(400b).
