<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a high precision low beam passing light distribution pattern even without requiring high precision tolerance of a solenoid. <P>SOLUTION: A switching direction of a shade 5 is regulated by spring force of a spring member 7 and stopper action of a stopper portion 18. A width direction of the stopper portion 18 perpendicular to the switching direction of the shade 5 is regulated by the stopper portion 18, and a movable portion 11 and a stopper tongue 30 holding the stopper portion 18 in between. An elastic deformation direction of the spring member 7 perpendicular to the switching direction of the shade 5 and the width direction of the stopper portion 18 is regulated by both end wall faces of a long notch 22 and both end faces of the stopper tongue 30 inserted in the long notch 22. The regulation of a low beam attitude of the shade 5 in the three directions can regulate the position of the low beam attitude of the shade 5 with high precision to ensure a given low beam light distribution pattern LP with high precision, even without a request for high precision tolerance to the solenoid 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
