<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step testing method and its device capable of shortening measurement time without lowering reliability and accuracy. SOLUTION: Pulse data at the time of resting are measured for two minutes by a watch type measurement device 1 and inputted to a microcomputer 3 incorporated in the watch type measurement device 1. Then, the pulse data at the time of step exercise are measured by the watch type measurement device 1 and similarly inputted to the microcomputer 3. Then, the pulse data after recovery are measured by the watch type measurement device 1 and similarly inputted to the microcomputer 3 and the enduring physical strength of a testee is measured by the microcomputer 3.</p> |
