A method for deleting data of a hard disc completely is provided to reduce the time for deleting data by sensing an accurate position of an applicable cluster and deleting the cluster simultaneously and to improve operation speed by decreasing searching speed when deleting an individual file or a folder unit. A method for deleting data of a hard disc includes a step of deleting the data in an individual file folder unit which are not deleted logically(S1); a step of deleting all the data which are deleted logically, completely(S2); a step of deleting the all data which are stored in a storage medium completely(S3); and a step of removing the optional data which are generated in a marginal area, when the actual size of the file is different from a logical storage unit of the storage medium(S4).
