A metal die is provided to allow a separation metal mold plates to abut or separate from a support metal mold plate even at high temperature by installing permanent magnets and electromagnets on at least one of separation and support metal mold plates, and to facilitate installation and securing of electric heaters in the metal die by disposing plural mounting grooves corresponding to the shape of electric heaters and filling the space between the heaters and the mounting grooves with sealing members. A metal die includes a cavity metal mold, a core metal mold(130), a moving unit(140), and an opening and closing unit. The cavity metal mold is composed of a separation metal mold plate(120), and a support metal mold plate(110) disposed on the back surface of the separation metal mold plate. The core metal mold is interlocked with the cavity metal mold. The opening and closing unit is installed between separation and support metal mold plates and allows the separation metal mold plate abuts or separates from the support metal mold plate depending on external signals. Permanent magnets(154) are installed to at least separation or support metal mold plates. Electromagnets(152) are installed on separation or support metal mold plates where no permanent magnet is installed. A heating unit installed on a separation surface of the separation metal mold plate has electric heaters(122) buried in mounting grooves(122h), and sealing members installed in the mounting grooves prevent electric heaters from being separated.
