A press is provided to manufacture a spangle sting, wherein spangles are attached to upper and lower parts of a thread or a strap, through one process by rotating a crank shaft once. A press comprises a frame(10), a crank shaft(20), first and second crank arms(30,40), first and second connecting rods(50,60), first and second ram plates(70,80), and a mold rest(90). The frame includes an upper plate(11). The crank shaft rotates horizontally on the frame under the upper plate. Both crank arms are biased on the crank shaft at 180°. Both connecting rods are connected with the crank arms and extended upper than the upper plate. Both ram plates are connected with upper ends of the connecting rods rotatably. Upper and lower punches of upper and lower molds are mounted on the ram plates. The mold rest protrudes upwards on the upper plate and upper and lower dies of the upper and lower molds are mounted on the rest.
