ADHESIVE COMPOSITION

An adhesive composition is provided to stably impart anti-static and electromagnetic waves-shielding property to an optical filter, such as a PDP filter, while simplifying the structure of the filter. An adhesive composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of an adhesive resin solution containing an adhesive resin; 0.3-7 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent; and 3-100 parts by weight of a conductive polymer solution. The adhesive resin is at least one resin component selected from the group consisting of acrylic resins, silicone resins and epoxy resins. The conductive polymer solution includes at least one conductive polymer selected from the group consisting of poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene, polypyrrole, polyaniline, polyphenylene and polythiophene.
