A speaker phone for preventing impaired hearing is provided to enable a user to easily detect the sound around circumstances by positioning a loudspeaker between an upper portion of an ear and whiskers. A microphone(11) is detachably attached to a support member(10). A partition(20) is installed around a loudspeaker(30) to guide the sound generated from the loudspeaker towards an earhole. The loudspeaker is fixed at a portion above an ear by enclosing the ear with a earflap protecting member(50). Gel silicon is attached around a cover of the loudspeaker so that the cover does not directly contact a skin.
