A method for providing an optimum rate system service to a mobile user is provided to save a mobile user's communication charges by analyzing the user's call propensity and pattern and recommending him a suitable rate system so that the user can change rate systems in real time or at any time within a preset period. If the user of a mobile terminal(100) inputs information about call time, etc., the mobile terminal transmits the inputted information to a rate-saving system server(300)(1,2). The rate-saving system server analyzes the user's call propensity and pattern, based on the information transmitted from the mobile terminal, and transmits a recommendable rate system to the mobile terminal through SMS(Short Message Service)(3). After confirming the recommendable rate system, the user joins the recommendable rate system(4,5). |
