An oscillator circuit is provided to reduce dependence of an oscillation frequency on a power supply voltage by using first and second charging/discharging circuits which repeat initialization and charge operation, in which the charge is always started from a power voltage. A reference current circuit generates a reference current. A first charging/discharging circuit(10) has a first capacitor, a first switching circuit for initializing a voltage of a terminal of the first capacitor to a power supply voltage and switching discharging operation to supply a reference current to the first capacitor, and a first detection circuit for detecting the voltage of the terminal of the first capacitor to output a clock. A second charging/discharging circuit(20) has a second capacitor, a second switching circuit for initializing a voltage of a terminal of the second capacitor to a power supply voltage and switching discharging operation to supply a reference current to the second capacitor, and a second detection circuit for detecting the voltage of the terminal of the second capacitor to output a clock. A control circuit controls the first and the second switching circuits so that the first and the second charging/discharging circuits alternately perform corresponding initializing operations and the discharging operations in response to the first and the second clocks.
