A fruits packing box and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to configure the box in such a manner that a pair of insertion holes are shaped in an upper bent part of both side walls respectively, and a pair of inserts, corresponding to the insertion holes, are formed in right and left upper ends of a main cover, so as to connect the main cover to the both side walls without using an adhesive tape, and so uncover the main cover without damaging the box. A fruits packing box comprises: a pair of main covers(11a,11b); a pair of side covers; a pair of main walls(31b); a pair of side walls(32a); a pair of main supports; and a pair of side supports, wherein the main supports and the side supports are connected with each other in a conventional method. Additionally the box includes: a pair of insertion holes(42), shaped in an upper bent part of the side walls; and an insert(41), formed respectively in upper ends of right and left sides of the main covers, especially in the positions corresponding to the insertion holes so that the inserts are inserted into the insertion holes respectively so as to connect the main covers with the side walls and so seal the box.
