A sit-up board is provided to enable a user to enhance a broad area of abdominal muscular effectively, and to reinforce overall muscles of an upper body through composite actions like sit-ups and hitting. A sit-up board includes a frame(2), a support(4) and a board(5). A support cushion(1) supporting an inner side of a knee is fixed on the frame. The support is connected to the front of the frame to be able to be folded, and a fixing cushion(3) for fixing an ankle is fixed on a lower end of the support. The board is fixed on the upper surface of the frame. The frame and the board are formed to have the shape of S corresponding to the curved line of a vertebra of a human body. A punch ball(6) protruding in a front direction is fixed on an upper part of the support, and includes a fixing portion(61), a connection pipe(62) and a hitting cushion(63).
