A power supplementing apparatus is provided to drive a power generating device without using a separate power delivery member by rotating the power generating device using a centrifugal force and a magnetic force. A coupling hole is formed on a rotating disk. A power generating device is axis-coupled with the coupling hole. Eight bar-type structures(12) are formed along a periphery of the rotating disk. Eight non-ferrous structures(13) are inserted into the bar-type structures, respectively. A disk type structure is arranged on an outer periphery of the non-ferrous structures. A screw is fixed into an outer periphery of the bar-type structure, so that the non-ferrous structures are fixed on the bar-type structures. Permanent magnets(17,18) and a bearing(19) are mounted on front and rear body units.
