摘要 <p>A method of manufacturing a solid structure using waste synthetic resin is provided to reduce the curing time of waste synthetic resin by minimizing the volume of waste synthetic resin gel, and to enhance the coupling between inner and outer covers. A method of manufacturing a solid structure comprises the steps of: molding an outer cover(10) in the shape of a pavement block, a Braille block, and a road divider using PP(Polypropylene), PE(Polyethylene), PVC, EVA(Ethylene Vinylacetate Copolymer) and foaming urethane, and plural fixed protrusions(12,12') in spaces inside the outer cover; molding and curing internal blocks(30) to a preset size using the waste synthetic resin such as used vinyl and used tires; sequentially placing waste synthetic resin gel(21) and the cured internal blocks in the spaces of the outer cover; pressing the internal blocks so as to let the waste synthetic resin gel rise above the internal blocks and therefore enclose the internal blocks; pressing the raised synthetic resin gel flowing over the internal block to form a solid structure(1); and completely drying the waste synthetic resin gel in the solid structure.</p>
