<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for managing a building for avoiding double development on the side of a building management system and on the side of a facility system. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises: an air-conditioning facility controller 2A composed by installing control functions and control information used for controlling air-conditioners installed in the building, and functioning as a server for providing the control functions and the control information to clients; an illuminating facility controller 6A composed by installing controlling functions and control information used for controlling illumination equipment, and functioning as a server for providing the control functions and the control information to the clients; a central monitoring device 9A functioning as a client for performing facility management by using the control functions and the control information of the air-conditioning facility controller 2A and the illuminating facility controller 6A; and an interface device 15 for performing communication between the facility controller 2A and the central monitoring device 9A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
