A differential transmission line inductor is provided to increase the whole inductance value by making a direction of an electric current flowing through two transmission line inductors in equal. A coupler (331,332) comprises two transmission line inductors, in which the transmission line inductors are disposed in parallel so that a direction an electric current flowing through the transmission line inductors is equal to each other. Each of the transmission line inductors is formed in a straight shape, or is formed in a spiral shape, in such a manner that the electric current flowing through the opposite portion has the same flow direction.
