A platform standalone type content based of Internet service system and a method for the same are provided to reduce a load of the entire network by performing a partial operation for processing contents and transferring only a processed result to a service system. A member database(260) includes service subscriber information. A content database(270) includes an independent execution function and is constructed by standalone platform type contents. A web service processing part(210) supplies a web page for requesting publication in a personal participation community web page according to a site user, and receives a selective publication request to the personal participation community web page of a service subscriber with respect to contents disclosed to a first web page. A content publication processing part(220) publishes the selected contents in the personal participation community web page of the service subscriber in response to the selective publication request to the personal participation community web page of the service subscriber. A content execution information collection part(225) collects execution information by execution of the contents published in the personal participation community web page. A database management part(250) constructs and manages a content execution database through the execution information.
