An apparatus for driving with uniform velocity for a vehicle is provided to allow users to easily install or remove the apparatus, and to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying structure of the apparatus. An apparatus for driving with uniform velocity for a vehicle comprises a rack gear(10), a pinion gear(20) and a braking unit(40). The rack gear is fixed to one end of an accelerator cable(30) of the vehicle and formed with a gear tooth in one side. The pinion gear is equipped in a bracket(50), engaged with the rack gear and rotated. The braking unit is fixed to one end of the bracket, operated by a switch or receiving a brake signal, and selectively engaged with a longitudinally moving gear(22).
