A portable terminal is provided to comprise a capacitance-type touch pad on a display so as to integratedly mold a transparent window on a terminal housing, thereby designing beautiful terminal as preventing foreign substance from being permeated into the inside of the terminal. A terminal housing(10) is integratedly formed with a transparent window(30). A display(14) is disposed inside the terminal housing(10), and displays information through the transparent window(30). A touch pad(20) is positioned between the display(14) and the terminal housing(10), and inputs a signal in a capacitance way. The terminal housing(10) is coated with a film on the surface to form integratedly the transparent window(30).
