An adjustable working lamp includes a base 10 incorporating a circuit board (11, fig 2), a battery (12, fig 2), and having a pivot portion (15, fig 2) at one end and a magnet (14, fig 4) at the other. The magnet allows the working lamp to be mounted to an appropriate surface. A pivot base 20 is pivoted about the pivot portion of the base. A switch 27 is provided on the pivot base. An illuminating tube 30 is enclosed by lids (33, fig 2) at either end. A shaft (35, fig 2) through one lid is attached to the pivot base and enables the tube to be rotated to direct the light. A rotatable hook mount 40 is provided on the other lid. The illuminating tube may contain a fluorescent tube or LEDs. |
