A heating apparatus used for a hot water mat having an electric screen circuit is provided to shield an electric field and thus to protect a user from a leaked current such as an electric shock. A heating apparatus(20) used for a hot water mat includes: a motor pump(21), a hot water reservoir(22), a heater(23) built in the hot water reservoir, and a controller(24) having an electric screen circuit to control the heater and the motor pump and to shield an electric field. The heater is constituted by a terminal pin(100) with conductive terminals(110) at both ends; a shielding tube(200) which is filled with an insulating material inside to shield an electric field generated from the terminal pin and has an earth terminal(220) at one end; and a water-proof tube(300) filled with an insulating material. The earth terminal of the shielding tube is electrically connected to the electric screen circuit of the controller, and the conductive terminals are connected to a PCB board of the controller to enable a temperature controller to adjust a heating temperature.
