APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REMOVING SMOKE FOR CHARCOAL OVEN

An apparatus and a method for removing smoke coming out to a charcoal oven are provided to collect wood vinegar and tar by using a stainless plate and a stainless coil. An apparatus for removing smoke coming out to a charcoal oven comprises a prefilter(10), a condenser(20), a strainer(30), a chemical feeding member(40), a dust collecting member(50). The prefilter includes a fist inlet(11), a plurality of stainless plates(13), a plurality of coils(15), a first outlet(17). The stainless plates have a plurality of holes. Tar in smoke is filtered by the stainless plates and the stainless coils. The condenser includes a second inlet(21), a heat exchanging coil(23), a pump(25), a second outlet(27). The pump supplies cooled air in the heat exchanging coil to change high temperature humid smoke to low temperature dehumidified smoke. The strainer includes a third inlet(31), an air inlet, a first damper(33), a lower vacuum gauge(35), a stainless net(37), and a third outlet(39). Outside air comes through the air inlet. The first damper is installed to the air inlet to control airflow of the outside air. The low vacuum gauge is installed to the third inlet to control airflow of the outside air. Tar contained in smoke is filtered through the stainless net. The chemical feeding member includes a hopper(41), a screw(43), a decelerating motor(45), a feeding path(47), and a smoke path(49). Chemicals are fed through the hopper. The decelerating motor drives the screw. The chemical feeding member removes moisture and tar contained in smoke by using chemicals. The dust collecting member includes a fourth inlet(51), a bag(52), a fourth outlet(53), and a blower(54). Smoke without tar and moisture flows through the fourth inlet. The bag filters smoke finally. The blow is installed in the middle of the fourth outlet to discharge inside air to the outside.
