RUBBERING ROLLER AND HOW TO MAKE IT

A rubbing roller and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form the outside of a tube used for the rubbing roller with a stainless steel plate, perform spray processing only to a cut-off part of the stainless steel plate, thereby minimizing blowholes between the tube and the stainless steel plate and accordingly performing alignment processing more uniformly. A rubbing roller comprises a cylindrical tube(11) injected with air, a flange(12) formed in both sides of the tube, a stainless steel plate(10) surrounding the tube, and a stainless steel spraying unit(14) sprayed in a cut-off part of the stainless steel plate. A manufacturing method of the rubbing roller comprises the steps of: rolling the stainless steel plate; manufacturing the tube; assembling the stainless steel plate with the tube; spraying a stainless steel plate cut-off part except a band part; spraying the rest cut-off part of the stainless steel plate; and grinding its external diameter.
