A PC beam pull-up system and method for replacing and repairing a bridge bearing are provided to improve safety of a hydraulic jack, and to save construction cost and time by pulling the PC beam on the inclined surface of the bridge and providing hydraulic jacks at both right and left sides of the PC beam. A PC beam pull-up system for replacing and repairing a bridge bearing(40) seated between a bottom of a PC beam(20) and the upper surface of a bridge(30) includes a lower plate, two side plates, a T pipe, a rod locking nut, and a rectangular nut(130). The lower plate includes a lower plate reinforcing rib welded insides channel brackets bent to the lower side of a rectangular channel bottom surface and upper plate bolt fastening holes formed at both channel brackets. The side plate includes a jack support plate welded to the middle part of a rectangular plate and a rod hole perforated at the upper side of the rectangular plate. A lower end of socket of the T pipe is seated on a T pipe support with a rod being inserted. The rod locking nut fastens one end of the rod. The rectangular nut is fastens the other end of the rod.
