A package box connected with a reinforcing structure is provided to prevent the lateral sides of the box from being deformed in a convex shape when receiving many articles. A package box includes a reinforcing structure(200) which is made out of a material with a high strength, like steel or reinforced plastic and formed in a frame shape with a U-shaped cross section. The reinforcing structure(200) has a length which is determined in various sizes and includes both side parts(201), a width which is determined in various sizes, so that it is fit onto an upper end of a lateral side of the package box in a forced manner so as to prevent the lateral side from being bent.
