An apparatus for filling an insulation gas into a multi-layer glass is provided to easily charge insulation gas and prevent leakage of insulation gas. An apparatus for filling an insulation gas into a multi-layer glass includes a body section, a cover section(20), a gas supply section, an air suction section, and a gas sensor section(100). A control panel is installed at an upper portion of the body section and a knob is formed on one side thereof. Fastening rings are formed on both sides of the knob. The cover section is hinge-coupled to the body section to open and close the body section. A catching hook corresponding to the fastening ring is formed on one side of the cover section. The gas supply section includes a gas supply hose, a gas supply nozzle, a first connecting bar, and a first nipper. The air suction section includes an air suction hose, an air suction nozzle, a second connecting bar, and a nipper. The gas sensor section is interposed between the air suction nozzle and the air suction hose. The gas sensor section interrupts the connection between the air suction nozzle and the air suction hose when a filling gas is contained in the air sucked through the air suction nozzle.
