PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a ferrite core disposed for preventing leakage of a magnetic field in an electromagnetic induction heating cooker. SOLUTION: The ferrite core 4 held by a holding member 3 is disposed under an electromagnetic induction heating coil disposed to face the bottom of an inner pot. The holding member 3 to hold the ferrite core has a U-shaped section, and is provided with a spring part 5 to energize inward at a part of a peripheral wall and a bracket part 6 at a position opposite from the direction of energization of the spring means. The rod-shaped ferrite core 4 is inserted from an opening end of the holding member 3 in the longitudinal direction, and the inserted ferrite core 4 is stably held as pressed on the bracket part 6 by the spring part 5. The holding member 3 holding the ferrite core 4 is fixed to a protection frame, for example, on which the electromagnetic induction heating coil is mounted, as crossing the electromagnetic induction heating coil.
