An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve an image quality by preventing a static electricity from the OLED device from being applied on an organic diode. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, source lines(VDD,VSS), pixel circuits(P11-Pnm), and an ESD protecting circuit(ESD). The source lines are arranged on the substrate and include signal lines, first and second power lines, and a ground line. The signal line includes a scan line and a data line. Pixel circuits are arranged at an intersection between the signal lines. One end of the ESD protecting circuit is connected to the scan or data line. The other end of the ESD protecting circuit is connected to a ground line.
